YUXI technicians are available to assist customer in installing floor tile making machine on-site, commissioning and training as requires, to ensure our customers to optimize the equipment performance and help their use of new concrete tile making machine. All of our customer will be trained and guided on all aspects about how to operate and maintain terrazzo tile press machine by YUXI’s technician.

Drawings and related attachment will be offered in advance, before the shipment of terrazzo machine, in order to help customer prepare the installing site and others to start various terrazzo tile business in a timely manner.

YUXI has an adequately inventory of cement tiles making machine spare parts, a specialized after-sales service team, to ensure timely delivery of floor tile machinery parts. Spare parts can be delivered by sea, by air or express delivery in case of any emergency. Recommend customer to store some commonly used spare parts.
